LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEALS

Present: Steeb, Lindemann, Henes, Simpson and Rentschler. Others in attendance were Mr. & Mrs. Vara.
Open first Public Hearing at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Vara presented his application for the side yard variances requested.
Motion to grant a variance of east side yard setback to twenty-three (23) feet as meeting the requirements of 59.07 A 2 was made by Oscar Henes, second by Walt Lindemann and passed 5-0.
After much discussion a motion to grant a variance to nine (9) feet on the west side yard setback as meeting the requirements of 59.07 A 2 was made by D. Rentschler, second K. Simpson and passed 5-0.
Minutes for the meeting of April 9, 2002 were approved.
Proposed by-laws not ready for approval.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
