Lodi Township Planning Commission
Minutes December 17 ,2002.
The meeting was called to order at 8 P.M.
Members present--Crowner, Katz, Diuble Feldkamp, Steeb, Radecki and O'Connor,
Five residents of the township were present.
A Public Hearing was held on the proposed 12/ 02 master plan. Don Pennington, Township Planner stated that the purpose of redrafting the present Master Plan is to change the light industrial area on Scio Church Road to Recreational designation without changing the use by the owner of the land.
Stowaway will be shown as light industrial.
Statistics will be updated. There are no real changes proposed. Some areas will be renamed according to use.
A motion was made by Radecki to adopt the 2002 master plan contingent upon an update of the map and an update of the statistics. (full motion attached). Steeb--yes Crowner--yes O'Connor--yes Katz--yes Diuble--yes Feldkamp--yes Radecki--yes
Minutes of the last meeting were approved.
